Project Management


CPE principals have extensive hands-on experience as project managers, project engineers and field supervisors covering oil and gas projects of all sizes, type and complexity. We provide full-cycle upstream oil and gas project management services from the conceptual stage through to production operations.


When CPE clients do not have the resources to oversee the entire drilling operation, we can function as an "in-house operations department", on an integrated project management basis. This can include managing the entire operation on the client's behalf, including planning, well design, equipment and service sourcing, invoice payments, development or modification of equipment to meet specific requirements, technical support for regulatory requirements and local review panels, subcontracting of suitable equipment and personnel, conducting the drilling operations, demobilization and final clean-up.


'Continuous Improvement' reviews, both during the project, and as part of the post project analysis, is a standard part of the CPE project management process.
